My very old gas boiler broke down a few days before Christmas. My 88 year old mother was coming to stay for a few nights so I really needed someone to replace the boiler. I contacted Steven on a Tuesday and he rang me the next day to say that he had moved things around so that he could do it early on Thursday morning. He started at 6.30 a.m. which just shows the effort he went to. I was delighted! He did a fantastic job along with his colleage and I'm so happy with the new boiler. They took their time and did everything properly and made sure to explain in detail how the new boiler works. The heating in the house is so much more efficient with the heaters getting much warmer. I would highly recommend this company if you have any problems. They genuinely make the effort.

I requested a boiler service, with the potential of replacing a radiator. Stephen rang to let me know he was delayed, which I appreciated. He serviced the boiler but also took a look at the radiator. He sorted it within minutes, no need for a new radiator. Genuine service with no add ons. It’s good to deal with an honest tradesperson, who didn’t rip me off and replace the radiator, when I clearly thought it was what was needed.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

Steven, Adam and Alex did a great job at assessing the problem with the heating and were quick in organising a new boiler. The lads were punctual for the job and left the place spotless after. They were patient at explaining what they were doing and helpful to organise an electrician to hook the Climote device back up afterwards too. Much appreciated!

Very recently my gas boiler stopped working and there is no hot water in my house. So I googled few contacts and rang couple of Numbers all are busy. Finally Stephen answered the call and he visited my place in given time and explained the problem and made temporary fix and suggested me change to new boiler. From start to finish, they walked me through each step of the flush.

Steven and the team was absolutely fantastic would highly recommend. My elderly dad's boiler broke down and Steven took great care to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Couldn't suggest Steven and his team more! We'd thought we'd have to redo our plumbing as only 3 of 9 rads were working. They came out, sorted the issue, gave a full chemical clean and flush of the system and it's now working better than ever.
